This free Address Book vCard Reader extracts all emails within an Apple Address Book group or vCard file.

How to start:


Simply upload the group vCard file you exported from Address Book and your group email list will appear.

  1. With Apple Address Book open, right(command)-click on the name of the group
  2. Select "Export Group vCard"
  3. Save the file somewhere you can find it
  4. Open the vCard file in a text editor and copy the contents (command-A then command-c)
  5. Paste the contents in the first text box
  6. Click "scan" and a comma-separated list of emails should appear on the right
